Social space washing system
The concept is a result of an analysis of social interactions related to the process of cleaning clothes. My goal was to create a situation, in which people interact while doing their laundry in order to enjoy, communicate and exchange information during the chore.
IntegraTa is a washing table that gives the user an opportunity to celebrate the process of doing laundry in a group.The table is set up for a group of three people. It consists of a table top, three containers and 3 legs. The tabletop includes a molded surface with defined spaces for activities such as folding, sorting, having a drink or using the mobile phone. Containers are located in the middle of the table. They can be separated in order to use them in various ways. Each leg contains two drums – a washing drum and drying drum.
