SAMMLER
A coffee mill that teaches the use of regional plants and how to make a coffee substitute from them.
SAMMLER deals with the earlier knowledge about nutrition and the use of plants from the regional environment. In times of war, when resources were scarce, people experimented with coffee substitute products made from acorns, flowers, etc.
A brass body that adapts to the size of the hand and combines with wooden elements provides information about this knowledge. Through an integrated standardised lid, it is possible to screw on jam glasses and use them as storage boxes.
