TORI is a concept for a 3D printed bike helmet. Instead of using foam a complex structure of inner torus surfaces connects inner and outer shell. Additive manufacturing makes it possible to personalize the helmet to its users head measurements to fit perfectly and all constructive details can be applied to its structure. After removing the straps Tori helmet can be fully recycled.
