Amie is an app concept designed to support children coping with serious illness in their family. It provides companionship, essential information, and coping strategies for children whose relative has suffered a stroke. At the heart of the app is Amie, a young girl who shares her own story of her dad’s stroke. Through her storytelling, Amie conveys important information about stroke and its consequences, offering guidance and reassurance as a ‘friend’ throughout the journey.
