Cohort Creativ: The Colli Printer
Many companies and NGOs are undergoing culture changes due to technological and social shifts. They struggle with skillset “Silos”, which stifle cross-department interaction. In a study, 75% of employees rate teamwork and collaboration as “very important” – 39% want more collaboration.
I am designing a thermal printer and a web platform. The printer prints 15-minute “Creative Sprints” to engage cross-departmental collaboration. The web platform invites users to post solutions and results. The product regularly engages employees in short, diverse collaborative activities to foster creative thinking.
The product draws inspiration from “School of Unmaking’s” future of work – how design can be used to increase creative productivity in non-design fields.
