Perlen sind die ältesten Edelsteine der Welt und gelten als eines der wertvollsten von der Natur geschaffenen Materialien. In diesem spekulativen Szenario dringt ein neuer Fremdkörper in die Weichtiere ein, ein Nanopartikel, das in großen Mengen durch den Ozean schwimmt: Mikroplastik.
Die Perfektion einer Perle wird stark kritisiert. Nur die Besten machen es, Teil einer Halskette zu sein. Die Mikroplastikperlen haben einzigartige und zufällige Formen, die sie zu einem einzigen Schmuckstück machen.
In den teils luxuriösen gesichtscremes wird perlmutt als zutat hinzugefügt. Mikroplastik gibt es überall, auch als. „Mikrokügelchen“ in unseren Schönheitsprodukten wie Zahnpasta und Peelings. bei diesem schönheitspeeling werden diese beiden materialien gemeinsam präsentiert, mikroplastik wird gewissermaßen recycelt.
Wenn Plastikmüll zu schönen Materialien wird, wenn es am Ende nicht so schlimm ist, dass unser Müll im Ozean landet?

in the some luxurious facial creams pearl nacre is added as an ingredient. microplastics are everywhere, even as. ‘microbeads’ in our beauty products like toothpaste and peelings. in this beauty peeling those two materials are presented together, microplastics are recycled in a way.
If plastic waste turn into beautiful materials, if it in the end not so bad that our trash ends up in the ocean?
