Demzufolge ist jede Identität durch das Doppelgefühl der Unterschiedlichkeit oder der Übereinstimmung, dem ‚doubleness
of discourse‘ geprägt (Hall 1991: The Local and the Global S.48).

Ausgehend von diesem Zitat, beschäftigt sich die Bachelorarbeit „Doubleness of Discourse“, mit der Gruppenzugehörigkeit und Abgrenzung von Menschen anhand ihrer Kleidung. Was passiert, wenn man die Stile, Stofflichkeit und Formen von jeweils zwei Gruppen mischt und den Erkennungswerten eine neue Dimension gibt.

Based on this quote, the bachelor thesis „Doubleness of Discourse“ deals with the group membership and differentiation of people based on their clothing. What happens when you mix the styles, textures and shapes of any two groups and add a new dimension to the recognizable values.
