Toward a new typology of passive design. As the technology around us is becoming smarter,
we might want something that can make it not-so-smart. As long as your phone is on the block,
you don’t receive notifications or calls. What could a world look like if we undesigned function?
Block uses NFC technology found in most popular android phones as well as newer iPhones,
along with the Block app in order to ensure your phone goes offline when you do.
