FREIES PROJEKT – ENTWURF mit 18 ECTS ab 5. Semester
Für Studierenden ab dem 5. Semester besteht die Möglichkeit, ein Freies Projekt zu machen, betreut von einer der Entwurfsprofessuren. Dies kann eine gute und interessante Übung für die Bachelorarbeit sein.
Wie lauft das?
Du schreibst für den Prof, mit dem du das Projekt durchführen möchtest, ein Exposé von max 1 A4 und beschreibst darin:
1. dein Plan: das vorhaben, das idee, dein konzept
2. dein Ziel: wieso / warum?
3. deine Aussicht: was planst du am ende, ein 1:1 model? ein video?
4. dein Partner: arbeitest du alleine, mit einer gruppe von studierenden, oder/und mit externen Kooperationspartnern?
Neben dein Exposé du reichst auch noch ein:
> dein Ablaufplan: deine gesetzten Ziele an bestimmten Terminen. Die Profs entscheiden dann, ob sie das Projekt betreuen werden.
> Wenn du noch nie mit dem gewünschten Professor zusammengearbeitet hast, erstellst du auch ein prägnantes Portfolio früherer Projekte
Für ALLE Studenten mit freien Projekten gibt es auch einige feste Termine:
> 30 März: Online-Abgabe des Exposé bei gewünschte Betreuer
Und… zwei Termine, wo alle betreuenden Profs und alle Freie Projektler sich treffen:
> 23 Mai: Gemeinsame Zwischen-Präsentation
> 18 Juli: Abschluss-Präsentation inkl. Rundgang expo (21-23 Juli)

Students from the 5th semester onwards have the opportunity to do a free project, supervised by one of the design professors. This can be a good and interesting exercise for your Bachelorgraduation.
How does it work?
For the professor, with whom you want to carry out the project, you write an exposé of max 1 A4 and describe in it:
1. your plan: what are you up to, the idea, your concept
2. your goal: why / how ?
3. your outcome: what are you planning in the end, a 1:1 model? a video?
4. your partner: do you work alone, with a group of students, or/and with external cooperation partners?
In addition to your exposé, you also submit:
> your schedule: your set goals on specific dates
The professors then decide whether they will supervise the project.
> If you’ve never worked with the chosen professor, you’ll also create a concise portfolio of previous projects.
For ALL students with free projects there are also some fixed dates:
> March 30th: Online submission of the exposé to the supervisor
Two dates where all supervising professors and all freelance project workers meet:
> 23 May: joint interim presentation
> 18 July: final presentation incl. ‘Rundgang’ exhibition (21-23 July)
