About the project:
Juicy is a lemonade machine designed to quickly produce multiple lemonades wherever lemonade is needed. The basic body is made of sturdy wood to withstand strong forces by distributing them well. There is also space inside for water and syrup, and each barrel is tilted so that all of its contents can be used. Each part is made so that all parts fit inside each other for simplicity.
The hoses for each barrel were installed, and the joints were made using the 3D PRINTER along the way to ensure a smooth flow of water. We also designed a natural mixing system by installing the water at the end so that it can automatically rotate and mix.
In the space where the lemon can be squeezed, all the parts that touch the lemon are made of wood for food safety. The gaps in each part allow the juice to flow down while the lemon is filtered out, and the iron rope is used to secure it for safety. The handles were made with extensions for extra strength and ease of squeezing. The purpose of the juicer is to produce multiple fresh lemonades at once and deliver them to customers quickly.

Just Juicy ist eine Limonaden Maschine, die schnell mehrere Limonaden herstellt, wo immer Limonade benötigt wird.
Der Grundkörper ist aus robustem Holz gefertigt, um starken Kräften standzuhalten und diese gut zu verteilen. Im Inneren ist außerdem Platz für Wasser und Sirup und jedes Fass ist kippbar, sodass der gesamte Inhalt genutzt werden kann. Jedes Teil ist so konstruiert, dass alle Teile ineinander passen, um den Aufbau zu vereinfachen.
Die Schläuche für jedes Fass wurden installiert und die Verbindungen wurden mit dem 3D-PRINTER hergestellt, um einen reibungslosen Wasserfluss zu gewährleisten.
Wir entwarfen auch ein natürliches Mischsystem, indem wir das Wasser am Ende anbrachten, sodass es sich automatisch drehen und mischen kann.
In dem Bereich, in dem die Zitrone ausgepresst werden kann, sind alle Teile, die die Zitrone berühren, aus Gründen der Lebensmittelsicherheit aus Holz gefertigt. Durch die Lücken in jedem Teil kann der Saft abfließen, während die Zitrone herausgefiltert wird und das Eisenseil dient zur Sicherung.
Die Griffe wurden mit Verlängerungen versehen, damit sie besonders stabil sind und sich leicht auspressen lassen.
Der Zweck der Saftpresse ist es, mehrere frische Limonaden auf einmal zu produzieren und sie schnell an die Kunden zu liefern.
