About the project:
The SILLY THINGS project is dedicated to the utilisation of objects. How are we understanding them? How are they being used and how do they want to be used and what effects do the objects have on our interactions and our behavior? Part of the project is also a humorous examination of this topic.
This is an object that is exclusively possible to use in groups. The teapot I designed simultaneously pours the tea out of four spouts and therefore only works in a group of four people, who are encouraged to act in unison and function as a coherent structure.
The teapot encourages or at least expects several people to be together, work together, to look out for each other and to enjoy together.

Das Projekt SILLY THINGS widmet sich der Art und Weise der Benutzung von Gegenständen. Wie werden sie verstanden? Wie werden sie benutzt und wie wollen sie benutzt werden? Welche Auswirkungen haben die Gegenstände also auch auf unser Zusammensein und unser Verhalten? Teil des Projekts ist zusätzlich auch die humorvolle Auseinandersetzung mit diesem Thema.
Mein Projekt behandelt die Nutzung eines Gegenstandes, die ausschließlich in Gruppen möglich ist. So funktioniert die von mir gestaltete Teekanne durch das simultane ausgießen aus vier Tüllen nur in einer Gruppe aus vier Menschen,
die dazu angeregt werden gleichlaufend zu agieren und als ein zusammenhängendes Gefüge zu funktionieren.
Die Teekanne fördert das Zusammensein und Miteinander mehrerer Personen, dass aufeinander Achtgeben und das gemeinsame Erfreuen innerhalb einer Gruppe oder erwartet dies zumindest.
