Since September 2022 after the death of Mahsa Amini by the Morality police in Tehran, Women, Life, Freedom Revolutionary Movement has been born in Iran.
Iranian women have always fought for their rights. This time, these courageous girls and women of Iran, can no longer be silenced, oppressed or isolated from the world, even at the cost of risking their lives.
The strength of Iranian women whose bodies have served as a battlefield for ideology and authority, is the inspiration for this project. In this collection, I would like to show what sort of challenges Iranian women are going through, and the efforts it takes to overcome the current challenges, and the current state of society.
